Daniel, You have a manifold vacuum leak. Both symptoms indicate it clearly. As your engine heats up to operating temps, the leak gets worse. check your solex insulators with the Carb-cleaner test - spray a little cleaner around the mating surfaces and your idle will stumble when you hit the spot.
