I just won a 67 1600 parts car off of EBAY its in sacramento! woohoo
I have a 66 1600 in San Jose I took a look at the car in Sacramento and
luckily there are some parts I do need. As for the rest I dont know what to
do!
If anyone is interested in the rest of the stuff (maybe a frame, block,
tranny, hood, or some odd parts) and lives near Sacramento I would like to
make a proposal! Tow the car for me to Davis about 18 miles away and
whatevers left is yours! If not I will rent a uhaul and take it to Davis
take what I need and junk the rest. I dont really want to junk it but I
definately dont have enough room for two in San Jose! Im not sure if this
is a good deal for anyone but a spare frame couldnt hurt. Especially if
anyones interested in an engine swap and wants to experiment with butchering
this frame! I can send pictures but be warned the car looks really bad.
Please email me if you think this might work out for you. The cost for me
renting a uhaul dolly is about $50 bucks. Ill have to rent one twice, once
to get it there and once to get rid of it so I'd rather see if anyone wants
the stuff. I wish I had a dolly sigh. Anyhow Im in Southern Ca right now
and plan on doing the move the day before Thanksgiving. Kind of a sucky day
to do anything but thats the only day I have free. If anyone is interested
and can tow for me anytime before then It would be a huge help. If anyone
just wants cash then please email me offers as well. Since it will cost me
$50 for the rental Im not sure if any of you would want to do it for that
little cash but if I had a dolly I guess I might consider it.
