oddball tires

I'm looking to replace some aging tires on my roadster. So old that they 
apparently aren't available anymore. I hoping to find an alternative in a 
radial, or someplace that still has these.
On the back, they are G 50 14 (yes, bias tires). On the front, they are G 50 
14. 

Does anyone know of a source for these tires, or somewhere on the web that 
specializes in these, or can convert them to something current?
