*The highest SPL311 VIN I've received is yours (31016). Interesting note:
Your SPL311 was made in April, 1970 yet the last definitive SRL311 production
date I know of is November, 1969. For reasons unknown to me Nissan
apparently continued producing 1600s for six months longer than 2000s.
I'm aware of a number of 70 SRL311s in the 14000's with the last number known
being SRL311-14303. These last cars engine #'s were in the 15000's and the
latest surviving engine # I know of is U20-15154 in Roadster # SRL311-14145.

*The highest SRL311 VIN that I know of is 14420 (actual date of manufacture
unknown). My 70 SRL is 14316 which was made October, 1969. And, if you look
hard enough, you will find a published article stating that Nissan stopped
ALL Roadster production in 1969 and sold "leftover" Roadsters as 70s.
