throttle lock cable.

Hello All,

        Well, when I was under the dash I took a look at my missing throttle
lock cable.  There is still and outer sheath cable installed but no inner
cable or knob assembly on the dash??
        How hard is it to replace this assembly?? Does anyone know how
much???
