'74 elite seat

Don't know if I'm on the right list for a '74 elite, but I'll try.

I recently acquired a '74 elite.  It was sort of a whim, but I'm actually
pretty impressed with the car.  Does anyone know if the seat diaphram is
used in any other vehicles - my driver's side seat needs new under-cushion
webbing.
