your collection is interesting. Quite a variety (and completely
understandable).
I have three Type 26 Elans, one of which I'll probably spec similar to
yours.

Main use: Restauration 1986 - 1994. Still some improvment to do (see
below). I have driven the Elan about
6000 km since -95 mainly Club events, trac days, and holiday trips.
Chassis layout: RHD.
Engine: Rebuild with: 41 mm /35 mm valves, slightly increased compression
ratio, converted for unleaded fuel,
Waiting for new camshafts ( 0.375" 300 deg. type 0112) from the US.
Transmission: Original gearbox (2000E).
Differential: 3.77
Suspension/Brakes: Springs 200/135 LB/IN front/rear
Wheels/Tyres: Standard steel wheels Tyres: 155/13. Panasport wheels on the
wish list.
Trim: Restaured to almost original spec. + roll over bar
Other Cars: Caterham 7 -75 TC, MGA 1600 -61, Triumph TR2 -54
Porsche 944 -85 and VW Golf GTI -85 as every day cars. (The VW during our
long winter)
The MG and the Triumph has not been used since I have discovered the
Lotus/Caterham "light".
