No, the 300 has a taller block so the intake is wider.
Headers probably depend upon the chassis.  Kirk 
Racing, as sold by Woody Cooper and Ted Schumacher, 
make tr-y's for TR8's.  I've also seen headers for Range 
Rovers, MG's, etc.
