Superchargers

Hi, does anyone out there have any experience of fitting a centrifugal,
(Paxton,Vortech etc), supercharger to a Rover SD1 v8?
I'd like to try it myself but I am a bit unsure about the availability of
kits and spares here in the UK and, last but not least, advice on the
suitability of this type of blower for the Rover.
Any hints or tips would be gratefully appreciated.
