Borg-warner auto gearboxes

Anyone know which out of the BW 35 or 65/66 gearbox is:

1) Stronger internally?

2) Larger dimensionally?

Will a BW65 fit in the space occupied by a BW35 in my 1966 Daimler 2.5 
saloon?
