The ad copy says:
Square tube frame, 2 Speed rear end, TALL gears, knock-off hubs,
complete car.
This is a project car, incomplete.
So is it complete, or not complete?
I assume they mean everything is there, the project needs to be
completed. Just an odd
way to word the ad.
