To continue - when is a Marque a Marque?

OK, we know Tata is buying Land Rover (Plus Rover/Daimler name), and SIAC/NAC
bought Rover-MG (and is making "Roewe, cuz they don't own the Rover name!),
right?

So look at this - Riley is now making MG's!
