I'm looking for help trying to find a source for tie rod ends for our '47
Triumph TR1800 Roadster. So far we haven't had much luck. We're waiting
to hear from 1 couple in England.

Anyone have any old catalogs for British car parts? I'm trying to find a
cross reference for the tie rod ends (all 4) for our Roadster to any other
car. If I can at least get a good part number, like a Girling number that
might help also. All I have is the number off the Shop manual and their
parts book K-26-56535 LH for example.

I'm hoping that if I can find another car that uses the same tie rods
I'm be able to find some sources.

FYI the TR1800 uses the Marles steering box. While I know several other
British cars used the same box, I don't know if they used the same tie
rod ends. Some of the cars that used the Marles box are:
Rolls Royce, Alvis, Armstrong-Sidney, Austin Healey, MG, etc.
