Joe, having restored an SA and several T cars that have the same basic design 
of the steering and front end, I'd say it isn't feasable but of course 
anything  can be done given enough time and money.   But, why would you want to 
do 
that?  It would destroy the value of the car and is totally unnecessary as to 
driving on the right side of the road?  I've driven right hand drive T cars for 
some 40 years now with out problems.
