There are a lot of folks who cannot understand how we came to have an oil shortage. Well, here's a very simple answer. Nobody bothered to check the oil. We just did not know we were getting low. The reason for that is purely geographical. All our oil is in Alaska, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Montana, the Dakotas, California, and Gulf of Mexico. All our dipsticks are in Washington, D.C. |
