I've used something like this except mine is steel and is charged from an
air pump. You only need enough pressure to push fluid so it's no big deal
to use a hand pump. It's the only "one man" system that has ever worked
for me. No one--way valve or hose-in-the-bottle system worked. You can
fab an adapter from any master cylinder cover some gaskets and
silicone. Hook it up and and then open the bleeder and watch fluid spray
out. I bought mine from JC Whitney and still have it. Only problem is
you fill it brake fluid and after a year or so you have to throw it out as
it probably is contaminated.
Otherwise it's more fun with a friend at the brake peddle...down, open,
close, up repeat. Let's go for a drive!
