1991 Lotus elan

I am looking for some help on several things. Please email me with any
suggestions for the following:
1) What oil filter could I use other than the Lotus part. Do any of the
manufacturers have a listing for my model?
2) Where is the best place to get the rubber piece that goes along the bottom
of the front spoiler.
3) Does anybody know of a good company in the LA area that knows the elan and
knows how to service them. The dealers see them so rarely I might as well go
to jiffy lube!
