Most of the Triumphs I run for any length of time end up with an oil cooler. One of the reasons an oil cooler works so well is that engine oil usually runs quite a bit warmer then water in the same engine, particularly if you push it a bit. You have a larger temp differentia to ambient air and consequently better heat transfer. /Dick N |
