Beginning June 1, 1994, Symantec Corp. will be adopting the standard
protocol for addressing its employees over the Internet. So, rather
than typing "Scott_Kucera_at_SYMOR-SUPPORT-2@symantec.com" to get me,
you will be able to type "skucera@symantec.com".
We Symantec employees rejoice at this radical rationalization and
simplification of our Internet addresses, and those of you who have
comiserated with me on my particularly cruel Internet address can
breathe a sigh of relief whenever you have to type a reply to me.
There is a 30 day grace period during which mail addressed to me will be
received under either address. However, please adopt the newer shorter
address at your earliest convenience after June 1.
Enjoy that springtime weather!
