Bill Woodruff writes: I have swapped a 6 cylinder engine in place of the 4 in my Spitfire and the tach is (surprise!) off by a factor of 1.5. I think Phil might sent me some theory, but no actual devices were described. Warning: I know nothing about Spits or GT6s...
