In the late '60s I bought a plastic kit model of a 289 Cobra but never put it together. A number of years ago my son found it on a closet shelf, put it the together then presented to me on my birthday. The model has been perched on top of my work station (actually a couple of generations of work stations) since. Today I noticed that the rear bumper had fallen off. The front overriders had already came off and gotten lost in long ago office move. Roland |
