Mike,
my wife and I just went through this.  We found one at TJMax, a 
chain here in Atlanta.  This came with dishes for 4u

This came with dishes, forks, glasses, etc. for 4.  I plan to 
find some two 1/2" wide leather belts to put around it and then
apply a MG badge to the top.  The basket was $24.  Good luck
