Hello
You can paint with a brush. A friend of mine painted their P6 once with a
brush. They used a nontapering camel hair brush, a couple of tins of solar
guard house paint and a lot of thinners. Supposedly the finish was quite
decent from a distance and passable up close. Care had to be taken to only
applied one coat at a time or the paintbrush would stick to the fast drying
paint. They did the whole car for $400. There was a lot of effort in sanding
and the final polishing with Brasso and cotton wool.
I wonder how durable the marine paint would be on a car? Might be worth
considering for my bomby corolla.
