Turner Wheels Needed

This one may be tough!
A friend is restoring his 1957 Turner.  He needs at least two more wheels but
they
are 15 inch diameter with a *4* inch bolt circle. That's right!  The same bolt
circle as Spridgits and Chevy Vegas, but 15 inch!  He suspects they are from
some obscure
sedan never imported to the US.
Can anyone help with some Turner wheels or their source?  Many thanks!
