Whoever was looking for a solution to this - try Loctite 290. This is a
green liquid for locking already assembled parts. Let the engine cool,
clean the joints with brakleen and a Q tip, and dribble the 290 into
the joint. Let it set for a good long while (overnight or 24 hours) and
see if it helps. I've had mixed results, usually good, seeming to
depend on how good my cleaning was.
