Well, now that the TRF Summer Party's over for this year,
things are beginning to get back to normal around here..............NOT! In
fact, things are busier than ever. This weekend, for instance, we're off in
to 3 different directions: John Swauger is headed for Connecticut to the
Connecticut Triumph Register's 13th Annual British Motorcar Gathering and
Picnic at Wickham Park in Manchester, Charles Runyan and Frank Stoddard are
headed for the British Car festival in Des Plaines, IL., and I'm off to
Sterling Heights, MI. for the Battle Of The Brits. Another busy weekend!
Next weekend (9/19) I'm headed for Berkeley Plantation, VA. for their
British Car Day, always a great event! On the 25th and 26th John Swauger is
bound for Bel Air, MD. for MG's On The Rocks, and then on to Harrisburg, PA.
for the Meeting Of The Marques. September 28 Beki Jones and Deb Gawlas will
be representing TRF at British Cars At Hartwood in Pittsburgh, PA. The end
of the month I'm driving to Keene, N.H. for the 6-Pack Trials 1992. The
first weekend in October Dolly LaRock and Charles Runyan will be in
Waynesboro, VA. for their newly expanded British Car Festival. We
double-dip the next weekend and send out two crews, one to Triumphfest in
Sacramento, CA., and the other to the Southeast Regional Meet in Sebring,
Fl. After that, look for us in Charlotte, N.C. at the South Central British
Car Gathering and at the Valvoline Runoffs in Gaineville, GA. If you're
going to be at any of these events, please look us up! Need information
about other meets or British car events in your area? Just give me a call at
814-446-4423.
