Beware of Performance Engineering

To anyone interested,

At the Portland ABTFM, I finally got some more info about the fate of 
Performance Engineering (not the magazine, the place with all the neat TRS
for MGs).  The word on the street is don't even think about doing business with
Mark Sayer anymore - apparently he's become a colossal flake (taking money for
stuff and not delivering, etc.,.).

You've been warned...
