Simple. It only removes paint when accidentally spilled on a surface
you don't want to remove paint from. Pour two gallons of the stuff
on the bonnet you'd like to strip of paint and it'll just sit there
never so much as dampening the surface, until some of it runs off
onto something you don't want to strip, at which point...

You don't suppose the British invented brake fluid, do you?
