Lucas Aerospace has been building sensors and control systems
for the Military/Civilian Aerospace industry for a while.
I believe that certain parts of the Navy/Marine Harrier Jump Jet
which uses Rolls Royce F402 jet engines has Lucas parts
(w/ Dowty FADEC). GE engine designers always joke around that
the RR F402 requires catch pans to collect the leaking oil and JP5.
Although the electrics seem to work fine.
Can't judge an adult for what he did when he was a child.
