Ehhh... if your car thief has never owned an older Chrysler, perhaps.
Speaking as a former Dodge Diplomat owner (not car thief), I can vouch
for what a great idea it was to always carry a spare ballast resistor
in the glove box. Or a hairpin to jumper the connectors...
