Rover 200Coupe

I was looking through Oct. 26 issue of AutoWeek and they have their
annual rightup on the Paris Auto Show.  One car on display was
Rover's new 200 Coupe with a turbocharged 197hp 2.0 liter engine.
Does anyone have any interesting specs on it.  It probably isn't
being sold in the US but it would be nice to read more about it.
The Europeans always get all the fun cars.
