looking for a dip...

Does anyone know of any places in central new york state, or northern
pennsylvania that can do "the dip" for car chassis cleanup/rust-removal?

The intended recipient is my Europa S2 chassis.

In particular, I'd like to find a shop that can do the "reverse electroplating"
style treatment that phile reported on a few months back. But any info that
you have is appreciated.
