Torquing wire wheels

        I don't have wire wheels. But since there's some convo about them
        I thought I'd give this hint about retorqueing the wires. And I'm
        not even sure it's the best way to go..... But a friend of mine was
        happy after he did it. 

        Take your wheels to a motorcycle shop. But then everybody already
        knew that right?

        Oh well.
