put weber dcoe in MGB/MGA need help jetting

Hi,  

I recently helped my friend put a 40 DCOE weber into his MGA (MGB motor)
and wanted to know if anyone could recommend a good mechanic with a dyno
that could get the carb set up correctly. Or if anyone knows the correct
jets for a 2.l B motor?   Is there someone in the S.F. bay area who does
this kind of thing?  Michael S.  I remember you said something about 
having this done with your seven ?  

Any help would be appreciated.
