True, it's an easy test.

Nope, these are all *new* regulations for 1990.  I was hoping that in a couple
of years that my '78 would be exempt so I could sell it to someone local.

As far as "The Aroma of Tacoma" goes, yes it does smell a bit :-).  That's
why I live in Federal Way.  On the other hand, Everett gives Tacoma a
good run for it's money on some days... (place smiley holding nose here)
