[Bricklin] AMC Intake Coolant Outlet and Vacuum fittings

Does anyone know where to get the coolant outlet that goes to the heater
control valve that fits on the intake manifold.  I tried several local auto
parts and none of them had anything.  The other is the two vacuum fittings
that fit on  the manifold any idea of a place to get those?

This is not holding me up on installing the intake, but I would like replace
these since I cannot seem to get one off the old manifold without destroying
it.
