I've got a couple of questions on the hood release cables.
1. How does the hood pull handle mount under the dash? I have 1 hole
with (the top one) that looks like there may be a nut welded behind it.
There is a second larger hole at an angle below it. Looks like you can
reach the bolt to put a nut on the back of the A pillar. If this is the
case. It looks like the handle will be at about a 45deg angle.
2. There is a round end that fits into a clamp. Where is this clamp mounted?
3. I have a short piece of cable with a sheath on it and 2 rounded ends, like
on the end of the hood release pull cable. I think this one goes across
between the two hood latches. Are the rounded ends in a clamp? If so,
where are these clamps mounted.
4. While I'm on this subject, I may as well ask how and where the trunk
release cable is mounted.
