John,
I got the Chrysler/Jeep part at the local dealer for $3.10 total.  The only 
difference is that it is rounded instead of squared but it will work.

I also found a Fel-Pro 35327 water outlet gasket that is the same size.  I 
soaked it in gas for 3 days and it didn't appear to be affected but I don't 
know if the gas would eat it over time.
