There is a thumb screw on the solenoid to adjust the rate the air bleeds
down when you push the down button.  Sounds like you need to increase the
rate slightly by turning the screw counter clockwise.  The adjustment is
sensitive so make very small adjustments and test the door each time.

Does anyone know how to adjust the door air latches.  When I lower the door,
the latch only goes to the 1st click.  I have to manually open the door and
let it drop to get it to latch both clicks.  It looks like the air solenoid
doesn't fully release the latch until all the air is out of it which is
after the door is all the way down.
