I couldn't find an exact match for the number you gave (found D5DZ but not
D5DE) but here's what I found:

D5DZ9430D R
Ford Truck '75-'76 8-351, R, E150 thru 350
Ford Truck '76 8-351, R, E100 exc Calif.
Ford Truck '77-'78 8-351, R, eng-code W
Granada '75-'77 8-351, R
Monarch '75-77 8-351, R
Versailles '77 8-351, R

D5DZ9431C L
Granada '75 8-351, L
Monarch '75 8-351, L

It looks like the left mainfold is unique to Granada/Monarch. This is
probably due to the Butterfly valve.

exhaust manifolds for the 75 Bricklin cross to. Usually the Hollanders
will tell you what else they fit. I don't have access to a Hollanders
 that goes back to 75.

The exhaust manifold number is the drivers side on the Bricklin:
D5DE 9431CO left. Or working for the application to other cars it
fits, I've been told the manifold was used on a 75 Granada with the
 351.
