Window, Body Glues

Both door's windows are now semi-detached so I am going to have to try to 
re-bond them.  From what I understand, doing anything more than that requires 
the door skin to be removed, so can anyone can recommend a particular brand 
of adhesive to use?  Also, to glue down a roof seam I need to use some 
acrylic adhesive.  Anybody have any suggestions as to a brand for that and 
where to get it?  Thanks for any suggestions of what works or does not work.
