Jon,

  Haven't seen a reply to this one yet.

Both Terry Tanner and Bob Hoffman sell a glue they use.  I believe both
use a different type.  I plan on using Duramix 4040 Semi Rigid Plastic Repair
polyeurathane (sp) that is used by many local body shops for Corvetts.

It is a 2 part glue that fits in a hand held gun - similar to a calk gun,
and mixes in the nozzle.  I believe it's about $18 per tube from the local
automotive paint supply store.
