The answer to your earlier question is yes, you can get OEM replacement
acrylic body panels, which are very expensive (don't have numbers here), or
reproduction fiberglass replacements, which aren't bad. Terry Tanner
charges about $5000 for 'glass versions of every single body panel on the
car. Call him for prices.
The rear quarter definitely is tricky. It's connected to the roof panel the
same way it's connected to everything else - with an industrial adhesive.
I've heard that using a good heat gun will do the trick to soften it enough
to separate the panels. Terry can give you details, as can other members of
the list.
