There are tons of switches of that type available and I would be 
surprised if a waterproof switch that will fit the cut out isn't 
available.  It isn't likely, though, to look exactly like the original. 
 What you need is the type of switch used in wet industrial 
environments.  APEM and  Oslo are two companies that come to mind that 
might have suitable swtiches.   Another option is to adapt one of the 
electronic key switch units used in newer cars. They have membrane key 
pads that require entering a code number and electronically release the 
door lock.  While generally bigger than the existing Bricklin switches, 
enlarging the cut out is less of a problem than accommodating a smaller 
switch.
