[Bmcu] Information regarding elevation

Hi Folks,
  This is a little off the tract for our club but I'm hoping someone might
know this. My sister in-law can't fly because of some recently discovered
blood clots.
  My question is this, do any of you know of a site or source for information
on elevations along the highway. This is for a route from Salt Lake to
Anchorage via the Washington state.
