How are you going to do it?  Put Yokohama Advans and Hoosiers on a  test car, 
on a test track, with a group of test drivers?  And then it's  track 
dependent, or car dependent...  -OR-  Just take a SWAG at it, so  that drivers 
in 2 
classes can feel better about their times?  
 
I'd say you just compare relative PAX times of T1 and T2, and know that  
you're not going to compare to the National classes.
