Paul-

What you have to look at is why we do this. It's all about that tire
contact patch. In my 2300 lb. Integra with relatively good geometry (Short
and
Long Arm suspension as opposed to struts), 450/550 is a good setup for
GGF/C-Stick/Oakland and 550/700 is good for Marina/Atwater. The extra grip on
concrete gives more body roll and wants that extra spring rate. 550/700 is
too
stiff for C/Stick and the car is hard to control over bumps. Pictures I've
seen
of the car going around corners indicate that the dynamic camber is pretty
close to 0. That's starting with 3.0 degrees negative on both ends. So, a
heavier car with struts should have more static camber, as it's going to lose
more camber due to the nature of a strut suspension, or it should have stiffer
springs to reduce that body roll induced camber loss, or probably both of
those things...

And yes, a good autocross setup isn't very streetable...
