Joe, the set of V710's I just replaced had over 90 runs on them by the time  
Jason and I were done at Marina (round 5) and still were decent...pretty much  
toast, but OK. 
The way I see it, they're great for the first 40 runs, good for 40-70 and  
then just get to a point where they've hardened and have lost much of their  
grip, but refuse to wear out. Of course, that's on the Z06 which has very good  
camber capability.
 
I say run 'em till you just can't stand 'em anymore...
