Hello autocrossers,
Alan Jung and Mark Mervich chaired their first event yesterday and did a fine
job. Alan also designed his first course at a venue some think is best suited
for Rally cars? The weather was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the day. Next
time I will bring my own lunch :>).
Next Sunday is Round #12 which will be held at Candlestick (Monster Park). Glen
Anderson and Steve Ryan will get their feet wet at chairing an event and reap
the benefits of a free entry and SCCA Solo2 jacket at the end of the year. The
Slush Series is not far away, so if you are interested in volunteering for a
chair position, please contact me!
