There's really no easy answer to either of those. OSP probably all go
to either DMod, EMod, or somewhere in the Prepared category. Where
they go specifically depends on the model of the car, the weight and
engine displacement, and the level of preparation.

An ST2 car which has an engine displacement smaller than 1.9L, doesn't
have a Torsen differential, and isn't a 1999-2005 Miata or an MR2
Spyder, should run in STS2. Note: a Lotus Elise is *not* an ST2
car! Nice try. :-)

All other ST2 cars will almost certainly all fit in the Street
Prepared category, but again which class depends on the model of the
car.

To help narrow it down within the categories I suggested above, you
can check the rules at:

    http://www.scca.org/_filelibrary/File/2005SoloRules.pdf

(Or you can read them in the rulebook you're supposed to own in order
to compete at the Tour!)
